Now, this week we are experiencing record temperature LOWS for this region! I cannot deny that these drastic fluxes, heterogeneous temperature conditions, and odd, malevolent storms are neon arrows pointing to climate change. Weather extremes like these are characteristic of what we will experience in the near future.
"But no one uses coal anymore, right? I mean, it just seems so backwards; like something you would hear about in the 19th century not the 21st," said the woman I met sitting in the fast-paced Penn Station coffee shop. "You couldn't have said that any better," I told her, "except I wish I could agree with you that we no longer use coal."
